Key Challenges

Delivering works within an operational school environment presented a key challenge, particularly with young children in close proximity to the construction area. It was essential to maintain a safe and secure site at all times.

Jupiter Construction implemented strict segregation of the site from the school courtyard using secure fencing, controlled access points, and clear signage. Careful planning of deliveries and site activities ensured minimal disruption while maintaining the highest safety standards for pupils, staff, and visitors.

The project required close coordination between demolition, groundworks, superstructure, and fit-out phases. Achieving key milestones such as completion of the insulated timber frame and readiness for internal finishes required detailed planning and proactive management.

The use of timber frame construction and integration of elements such as PV panels required precise coordination between trades and suppliers, ensuring the building envelope and systems were installed efficiently and to specification.
