The scheme will see the repurposing and modernisation of the two existing buildings to provide improved, fit-for-purpose spaces for up to 40 adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities and autism. These upgraded facilities will create a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment, ensuring individuals receive the highest standard of support in a setting tailored to their unique needs.
As with all of our projects, social value is at the heart of our delivery approach. We have prioritised the appointment of subcontractors from the Kirklees area, helping to support the local economy and foster strong connections within the community. We’re also proud to confirm that Chris Russell, a Kirklees resident with extensive site management experience, is leading the project as Site Manager—bringing local insight, dedication, and a personal commitment to the build.
