Chris is our Project Manager, overseeing the successful delivery of our larger and more complex construction projects. With over 18 years’ experience in the construction industry, he began his career as a Labourer before progressing into drylining, ceiling fixing, and specialist finishes, gaining extensive hands-on trade experience prior to moving into Site and Project Management.
Chris has worked across a wide range of sectors, including heritage works with listed buildings, healthcare, education, leisure and hospitality, commercial, and residential projects. This broad background enables him to manage diverse schemes with confidence and precision.
In his current role, Chris leads project teams from pre-construction through to completion, coordinating operations, managing programmes and budgets, and ensuring compliance with building regulations and health and safety standards. He is known for his clear communication and collaborative approach with clients, consultants, and contractors, helping to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending most weekends on the Yorkshire coast, is a keen angler, and loves watching movies with his family, especially Marvel films.
