Before joining Jupiter, Victoria worked for 12 months in Recruitment, focusing on the Construction sector. Prior to that, her journey led her to a 22-year career in Childcare, and even owned her own childcare setting for 14 years. With her trademark sense of humour, she jokes, "Still managing people, just bigger ones!"
Outside work Victoria finds joy in dining out, experimenting with cooking healthy meals, staying active, and caring for her family. With her positive outlook on life she strives to find the silver lining in every situation and delights in lending a helping hand to others.
