Richard is our Contracts Manager, with 35 years' experience in the industry, he has built a career from an apprenticeship in carpentry to project and contracts management. He has vast experience across the domestic and commercial sectors, including JCT and NEC style contracts, design and build projects, and refurbishments. His key accomplishments span a wide range of projects, including work on Reading Crown Court, Cobham Park, and more recently, a full refurbishment of a 19th-century, four-storey, stone-fronted heritage building within the Dewsbury Town Centre Conservation Area. This project involved partnering with Kirklees Council and Heritage England, as well as a private investor.
