Contracts Manager, with 17 years' experience in the construction industry and with a background trade of joinery, progressing to Local Authority Clerk of Works before transitioning to Contracts Management covering sectors that include Education, Medical, Commercial and Housing. Project sizes range from modest sizes ranging from £10k up to £35m. With experience of working on sites that are modern as well as historical, particularly skilled in overseeing refurbishments in the commercial sector and early 2024 sees the responsibility for a new build from the ground up thus demonstrating the diverse skill-set that Nigel has alongside the confidence that Jupiter Construction has in his abilities.
