Aftercare Manager

Luke Thompson plays a key role in ensuring our projects continue to perform to the highest standards long after completion. As our Aftercare Manager, he is responsible for overseeing defects management, coordinating remedial works, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure a smooth and efficient aftercare process.

Luke’s journey at Jupiter Construction began on site as a joiner, giving him a strong practical foundation and first-hand understanding of construction quality and detail. Through dedication and progression, he moved into the role of Facilities Management Supervisor and has recently completed his Site Manager course SMSTS, leading to his promotion to Aftercare Manager.

His hands-on experience, combined with his technical knowledge and problem-solving approach, allows Luke to manage aftercare matters efficiently while upholding Jupiter Construction’s commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Outside of work, Luke enjoys socialising and spending quality time with his family and friends.
