I am responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. My role involves coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, and overseeing health and safety, quality control, and site logistics throughout the duration of each project.
Working closely with the wider project and commercial teams, I play a key role in maintaining effective communication with clients and consultants, resolving issues as they arise, and ensuring works are delivered in line with contractual requirements.
With a strong practical background and experience across a range of sectors and contract types, I am committed to maintaining high standards on site and contributing to the successful delivery of every project.
