Chris is our Contracts Manager, responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects. With over 18 years’ experience in the construction industry, he began his career as a Labourer before progressing into drylining, ceiling fixing, and specialist finishes, gaining hands-on trade experience prior to moving into Site Management.
Chris has worked across a wide range of sectors, including heritage works with listed buildings, healthcare, education, leisure and hospitality, commercial, and residential projects.
In his current role, Chris excels at coordinating project operations, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with building and health and safety regulations, while maintaining strong communication with clients, contractors, and the project team.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys relaxing on the Yorkshire coast most weekends, is a keen angler, and loves watching movies with his family, especially the Marvel films.
