A Year of Connection, Contribution, and Growth for Jupiter Construction

2025 has marked an important step forward for Jupiter Construction Ltd, as we took our place at two of Yorkshire’s flagship industry events — The Yorkshires Commercial Real Estate Awards at Rudding Park in May, and the Sportsman’s Lunch at York Racecourse in November.

Both events brought together hundreds of property, construction, and business professionals from across the region. For us, they symbolise far more than simply enjoyable days out. They represent the next phase in Jupiter’s evolution: raising our profile, broadening our network, and aligning with causes that genuinely make a difference.

Strategic Presence, Purposeful Participation

Our focus throughout 2025 has been clear — to engage more visibly across Yorkshire’s construction and property community, building on the strong foundations we’ve developed as a trusted Tier-2 main contractor with growing regional reach.

Our attendance at The Yorkshires Awards in May was the first step. Hosted at the outstanding Rudding Park, the event remains one of the most respected gatherings in the commercial real estate calendar. It was a proud moment to see Jupiter among the region’s leading developers, architects, and contractors — and to contribute to a night that raised vital funds for charitable causes across Yorkshire.

A few months later, we joined the Sportsman’s Lunch at York Racecourse — another cornerstone event combining relaxed networking with significant fundraising for deserving charities. Once again, the event reinforced why we choose to show up: not simply to be seen, but to be part of something that unites our industry behind positive, community-driven purpose.

Connection Beyond Construction

For Jupiter, networking is never about quantity — it’s about quality relationships.

Attending these events allows us to meet long-standing partners, reconnect with familiar faces, and introduce ourselves to new ones. In a sector built on trust, reputation, and reliability, these connections are as crucial as the bricks and mortar we work with.

Conversations at events like these help strengthen the collaborative ecosystem that underpins successful project delivery. Whether we’re discussing sustainability goals with design teams, sharing lessons learned with fellow contractors, or exploring future opportunities with clients, our approach remains deliberate, professional, and people-first.

Everyday Engagement: The Quiet Engine Behind Growth

While the headlines may come from major events, our real progress is driven by the quieter, consistent engagement happening all year round — business breakfasts, office catch-ups, and everyday conversations.

Throughout 2025, our Pre-Construction and Operations teams have remained active across frameworks and partnerships, regularly engaging with our supply chain, consultants, and public-sector clients. We continue to attend local events, supplier engagement sessions, and key industry gatherings, ensuring Jupiter’s voice is increasingly recognised within the region.

These day-to-day interactions — from coffee meetings to formal introductions — form the genuine network that keeps projects efficient, strengthens supply chain resilience, and promotes transparent communication. They are also part of the reason Jupiter continues to grow sustainably: because the people we work with know we are dependable, open, and focused on delivering positive outcomes for everyone involved.

Looking Ahead: Sponsoring the Third Thursday Club

Our commitment to connection continues into December 2025, when Jupiter Construction proudly sponsors the Third Thursday Club, one of Yorkshire’s longest-running and most respected networking events.

This marks a natural next step for us — moving from attending to actively supporting. The Third Thursday Club has long been a key fixture for professionals across construction, property, and related sectors, offering an informal but invaluable space to share insight, build relationships, and celebrate collaboration.

Our sponsorship reflects both appreciation and intent: appreciation for the community that has supported Jupiter’s growth, and intent to play a more active role in fostering that same spirit of partnership going forward.

Giving Back Through Engagement

Both The Yorkshires Awards and the Sportsman’s Lunch raised significant funds for Yorkshire-based charities — something we’re proud to support.

As a company that regularly delivers community, education, and heritage projects, giving back isn’t an add-on; it is embedded in how we operate. We recognise that construction is more than physical work — it is an act of contribution.

This aligns closely with our broader social value objectives, from local employment and skills development to community support and wellbeing initiatives. Recently, two of our team members visited a primary school in Leeds as part of their Halloween celebrations, discussing the build taking place nearby, construction processes, and site safety — a simple but meaningful moment of engagement.

Building Momentum into 2026

As 2025 draws to a close, our focus is on carrying this momentum into 2026. We’ve seen first-hand that showing up matters — not just at award dinners or networking events, but consistently, in every project, meeting, and partnership.

We will continue to champion collaboration, nurture our relationships, and engage with the industry in ways that reflect who we are: professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in Yorkshire’s built environment.

The structures we build may be tangible, but our foundations — integrity, relationships, and trust — are what truly hold everything together.

2025 has been a year of connection, contribution, and growth.
2026 will be the year we build on it.
