The scope of works will include a full strip-out, asbestos removal, and the implementation of essential mechanical and electrical (M&E) enabling works. These initial phases are critical in laying the groundwork for the building’s future transformation into high-quality residential accommodation—a development that will breathe new life into this important historic site.
