FM Account Manager
Gail heads up our facilities management team, which involves looking after a busy reactive helpdesk. Some of Gail’s duties include:
• Monitoring of the work order management system to ensure that the Helpdesk work orders have been accurately created, prioritised, and categorised in line with contractual KPI’s & SLA’s
• Reviewing centralised stock levels and raise requisitions when required
• Managing clients expectations and liaising with property directors
• Staff and client training
Having worked in the construction industry for well over a decade, Gail comes with a wealth of experience within the FM sector, working closely with supermarket chains and pub companies.
Outside of work, Gail enjoys eating out with her husband, family and friends, as well as supporting Barnet FC and going to rock gigs!
